Because the pieces you want rarely appear on the open market. We work a private network of manufactures, collectors and specialists, verify every piece independently and represent your interest only. We hold no stock, so we have nothing to push.

Can I ask for any watch?

Yes. Some references are limited to a handful of pieces and cannot be guaranteed. What we can guarantee is that we will look properly and tell you honestly what is possible.

How do fees work?

Our fee is agreed with you before we start and stated separately. It is never hidden in the price of the piece.

Yes, insured and to almost every country. Or you collect the piece from us in Zurich, by appointment.

Do you buy watches?

Yes. We buy outright or take pieces on consignment, single pieces and entire collections. Send us the reference, its condition and papers, and you receive a valuation with an explanation of the figure.

How does a consignment work?

We agree a price and our fee in writing, then offer the piece to the Circle and to our network. You remain the owner until the sale. Payment to you follows the buyer's payment and the handover.

Do you authenticate every piece?

Yes. Every watch is inspected and, where it matters, opened by independent watchmakers before any money moves.

What does a search mandate cost?

Nothing to start. Our fee is agreed with you before we search and is stated separately from the price of the piece. If we do not find, you do not pay.

How long does a search take?

Anything from a few days for a current reference to many months for a rare vintage piece. We tell you what is realistic before we begin.

Do you work with family offices and advisors?

Yes. We act for family offices, wealth managers and estates, with the same discretion and the same independence. We hold no stock and represent no brand.

Can I visit the office?
